Turkey's payment systems

The Bank for International Settlements (BIS) published a report on payments systems in Turkey on 3 July.

"Red Books," as they are known, are reference works on payment systems in BIS member countries. They are periodically published by the bank's Committee on Payment and Settlement Systems (CPSS).

The latest volume is the second edition of the Red Book for Turkey, and "aims to portray the significant steps taken by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey in promoting safe and efficient payment
