Riksbank makes mistake publishing policy minutes

Swedish central bank says it takes the incident seriously and will strengthen procedures and controls

Sveriges Riksbank made a mistake publishing the minutes of its latest monetary policy meeting today (May 9).

The Swedish central bank communicated that “due to an administrative error”, it provided the public with access to a link to the document before it was scheduled to be published. The link remained accessible for around 15 minutes before the central bank addressed the error. The scheduled timing of publication was 9:30am in Sweden.
