Saudi Arabia: King Salman of Saudi Arabia has appointed two new vice-governors at the Saudi Central Bank (Sama). Khaled Al-Dhaher will oversee supervision and technology, while Ayman Alsayari will be in charge of investment and research.

Al-Dhaher holds a PhD in computer science and engineering, and joins Sama from his position as managing director at consultancy Accenture. He has held senior positions at several IT firms including Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft and Oracle.
