Australia: The Reserve Bank of Australia promoted a senior official to fill the assistant governor position vacated by Michelle Bullock.
The RBA said on June 22 that Bradley Jones, the current head of the international department, would assume the assistant governor position. Jones will be in charge of the financial system group at the central bank, with responsibility for stability and overseeing Australia’s payment systems.
