People: BoE’s executive director to leave
Alex Brazier to leave BoE in September; ECB looks for senior climate official
UK: Alex Brazier, the Bank of England’s executive director for financial stability, strategy and risk, has announced he will be leaving the bank in September.
Brazier is also a member of the BoE’s financial policy committee. In a statement, the BoE announced Brazier would be taking a career break after 20 years at the bank to “broaden his professional experience”.
Brazier will not seek to renew his term on the FPC when it expires on March 31. The BoE said it would shortly begin the process of
