People: FCA hires regulator from Irish central bank; NY Fed appoints new international head
Ireland: The Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) has confirmed its head of division for investment firms and funds supervision, Andy Coulson, is to return to the UK to take up a job with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), which said he would have a management role "in the fund authorisation area".
Coulson joined the CBI three years ago as deputy head of banking supervision, moving into his current role in July 2012. Before moving to Ireland he spent almost nine years at the UK's Financial Services
