People: Senior roles filled at the EBA; Atlanta Fed appoints new HR head

EBA: The board of supervisors of the European Banking Authority (EBA) yesterday elected Pedro Duarte Neves of the Bank of Portugal as ‘alternate chairperson', and three members of the management board.

Duarte Neves is already on the board of supervisors, which contains one representative from each of the European Union member states' central banks or financial regulators. Poland's representative, Andrzej Reich, and Dutch representative Jan Sijbrand, were appointed to the six-strong management
