RBA’s Stevens lauds ‘substantial’ progress towards real-time payments

Australia has made considerable progress towards the creation of a real-time payments system, with a number of important milestones reached in the past year, according to Glenn Stevens, the governor of the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA).
