Head of central bank says supporting female entrepreneurs could add $5trn-6trn to global economy
Closing the western Balkans’ gender employment gap could boost GDP by as much as 18%, the governor of the National Bank of North Macedonia said on October 4.
Speaking at the Women Economic Forum in Skopje, Anita Bezhoska highlighted that the global gender employment gap had been widening since the pandemic.
