Retail loan growth in Turkey continues to slow down in response to the central bank's tight monetary policy stance, recent macro-prudential measures and weak capital flows, Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) governor Erdem Başçı said today during a presentation at the National Bank of the Republic of Macedonia's 3rd annual research conference in Skopje.
