Sarb’s Mnyande emphasises importance of monetary policy in recovery

Monde Mnyande, the chief economist at the South African Reserve Bank, on Tuesday said monetary policy is expected to play a more visible role in reviving the economic activity, amid the fiscal austerity measures.
