BSP printing plant: More than just about money

This article looks at the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) bank note printing operations. The BSP owns the printing, minting and refining facility it calls the Security Plant Complex (SPC), an imposing structure surrounded by black steel bars. BSP Governor Rafael Buenaventura says an ambitious rehabilitation and upgrading of the plant is in the works to make the SPC a truly world-class facility.
