Banque de France official: Sepa delays incur 'collective cost'
Denis Beau, the Banque de France director-general of operations, believes there is "no reason" for payment service providers and users to "unduly postpone" their migration to the Single Euro Payments Area (Sepa), regardless of whether new legislation is passed or not.
