ECB compares central bank collateral frameworks

A European Central Bank (ECB) report, published yesterday, compares the collateral eligibility requirements of central banks, regulators and central counterparties (CCPs), describing the diversification between them as a "positive element" that "enhances [the] resilience" of domestic and international market infrastructures.
