New member for General Council of the Riksbank
The Swedish Parliament last Tuesday approved Sven-Erik Österberg to replace Leif Pagrotsky as a member of the Riksbank's General Council.
The General Council must now determine which of its members will be the new vice-chairman after Pagrotsky left to take on a new role within the government last Monday.
