Denmark hires assistant governor, promotes two department heads

Jens Lundager, the chief financial officer at Denmark's Ministry of Economic and Business Affairs, has been appointed as an assistant governor and head of financial markets at the National Bank of Denmark. He will take up his new position on June 1.

Karsten Biltoft, the head of administration at the central bank, and Frank Nielsen, the head of market operations at the central bank, have been promoted to director level. Both will take up their new positions on May 1.
