Lloyds CEO to step down from Bank’s court of directors

António Horta-Osório, the new chief executive of Lloyds Banking Group, is to step down as a non executive director, the Bank of England said Friday.

Horta-Osório, who is now chief executive of Santander UK - the British operation of the Spanish bank, becomes chief executive of Lloyds Banking Group on 1 March next year.
