Ex-Bank MPC’s Kate Barker joins equity firm board
Electra Private Equity, an investment trust specialising in private equity, on Monday appointed Kate Barker, a former member of the Bank of England's Monetary Policy Committee (MPC), to its board.
Barker will commence serving as a non-executive director on the seven member board on 1 November.
"I look forward very much to working as a member of the Electra board and am delighted to have been invited to join such a strong team with such an outstanding track record," Barker said.
