Richmond Fed raises the curtain on the “Fed Experience”

The Richmond Federal Reserve will on Tuesday open its new permanent educational exhibit, featuring interactive elements and drawing on interviews with present and past Fed chairmen, to the public.

The Fed Experience replaces the Virginia-based bank's Money Museum, which displayed currencies used in the United States, from primitive coins and tokens to modern notes. Jeffrey Lacker, the president of the Richmond Fed, noted that those with fond memories of the Money Museum would find much more at
