Italy’s Draghi favours “enforcement” over European Fund
Reinforcing the rules underlying Europe's monetary union was more of a priority than creating a continental monetary fund, Mario Draghi, the governor of the Bank of Italy, said in an interview published on Tuesday by the central bank.
