Bulgaria’s Iskrov reappointed
Ivan Iskrov will serve a second term at the helm of the Bulgarian National Bank, it emerged on Wednesday despite his earlier nomination to head the central bank for a further six years being ruled illegal.
Lawmakers voted 195 to 14 in favour of the reappointment, bringing to a close a week-long saga over the governorship.
