Zim to set denomination record for issued note

The Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe is to introduce the highest-ever denomination issued note - worth Z$100 trillion.

The Herald, a Zimbabwean newspaper, reported on Friday that the Reserve Bank will circulate the Z$100 trillion note, worth about $300. The Reserve Bank will also introduce notes worth Z$10 trillion, Z$20 trillion and Z$50 trillion. The note would trump the previous record high for an issued note of 500 billion Yugoslav dinars, which was circulated in 1993. However, it would not surpass
