Central Bank of Algeria's web site 'hacked into'

ALGERIA - The Central Bank of Algeria's web site has been hacked into by persons unknown.

At time 5pm (UK time) on 5 June the home page of www.bank-of-algeria.dz could be accessed but clicking any link beyond this brought a message in French containing swear words and vague references to stopping a massacre.

The full text of the message is as follows -

Desole De Vous Dire Que Ce Site est pirate ..Ehh..ouiii..par DarkBorak MHZ (Moroccains Hackers Zone MHZoone@yahoo.fr msg aux generaux (les voleurs)
