Serb central banker would refuse Hague testimony

The governor of the National Bank of Serbia and a G17 deputy chairman, Mladjan Dinkic, said Tuesday in Nis that he would refuse an invitation to testify before the Hague tribunal because he did not know what purpose this testimony would serve.
