Richmond Fed welcomes chief HR officer

Tammy H. Cummings will join the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond as vice president of human resources for the Fifth District, effective 15 May.

In this role, Cummings will be responsible for the human resources function in the Richmond headquarters, as well as the Bank's branches in Baltimore and Charlotte. Cummings, as chief human resources officer, also will advise the Bank's leadership on human resource initiatives, strategy and policy.
