This is a huge book. Indeed it is really two and a bit books. The first 250 pages are an engaging reflection by Alan Greenspan on his long and varied career up to the time he left the Federal Reserve. He writes in an amusing style and his various reflections such as his views of the six Presidents of the United States he has worked with, starting with Nixon, are very entertaining.
