Daniel Heller
Daniel Heller is an adviser on regulatory affairs at Fnality International. He held various senior positions at the Swiss National Bank, the Bank for International Settlements and the International Monetary Fund. As a visiting fellow at the Peterson Institute for International Economics in Washington, DC, he published widely on the impact of blockchain-based financial innovation and how it should be regulated. He received a PhD degree in economics from the University of Bern, and was a research fellow at Stanford University.
