Mugur Tolici
Mugur Tolici has held numerous roles in both core and enabling functions at the National Bank of Romania for the past 30 years. He has served as head of the monetary policy division, adviser to the deputy governor, head of the governor’s office, deputy director of the cash department and, in is most recent tenure, as HR director, where he has implemented a new people management system.
Tolici has also worked as senior adviser to the executive director for the Dutch-Belgium Constituency at the International Monetary Fund as well as a lecturer at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies and National University of Political Studies and Public Administration.
