The European Union chapter of the non-governmental organisation Transparency International (TI-EU) has called for significant changes to the governance of the European Central Bank (ECB). 

The TI-EU report, published today (March 28), said the “extraordinary measures taken by the ECB since 2008 have tested the ECB’s mandate to breaking point”.
