While many central banks have grown their presence on social media over the past few years, few efforts have been as impactful and innovative as those made by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM). Recognising a growing demand for snappy videos in the social media landscape, the Malaysian central bank’s communications team significantly bolstered the use of short-form videos to communicate with the public during the past year.
