The UK tech firm has helped central banks to improve their AML/CFT approaches

In 2020, Bank of Jamaica was put under increased scrutiny by both the Financial Action Task Force and the European Commission, over concerns about money laundering risk.

Less than four years later, the central bank has managed to convince the commission that it is no longer a high-risk jurisdiction, and it may be about to be removed from the FATF’s ‘grey list’. An important element of its improving situation is due to the work AML Analytics has undertaken.
