Some internal policies differ by country income

Central banks likely to have ethics codes and whistleblower policies regardless of national income

Advanced economies’ central banks are more likely to have formal policies on inclusion and sustainability than their emerging market economy (EME) counterparts, the Governance Benchmarks 2023 find.

When asked if they have diversity and inclusion policies, 58% of 43 respondents said that they do. As for internal sustainability policies, 56% of 41 respondents said they had one.
