Central bank is changing staffing, technology and buildings in light of lessons from pandemic working
The Bank of England is making wide-ranging changes to the way its staff work, as the organisation looks to adapt to the post-pandemic world.
“The challenge – though daunting – is to learn from the many successes we have collected over the past year and use them as a springboard,” said Joanna Place, chief operating officer.
