ECB criticises proposed changes to EU’s claim assignment law
Changes should put assignments under one legal jurisdiction, not three, ECB says
The European Central Bank has called for the European Union’s institutions to rethink their proposal on how to regulate the assignation of claims.
The European Commission, the EU’s civil service, has adopted a proposal made by both the European Council, which brings together the bloc’s national governments, and the European Parliament.
