Former IMF managing director will face charges over collapse of Spanish commercial bank
Spain’s National Court has taken a final decision not to prosecute the former governor of the Bank of Spain over the failure of a commercial bank
But a former managing director of the International Monetary Fund will still have to face charges over the same case, the court rules. The charges related to the failure of the large Spanish commercial bank Bankia in summer 2012.
