Russian central bank reorganises senior personnel
First deputy governor will resign on September 1
Russia’s central bank will make a series of changes to senior personnel, including the resignation of first deputy governor Georgy Luntovskiy, it announced on July 18.
Luntovskiy’s resignation was announced by the Bank of Russia in a one-sentence statement saying that he had “decided to quit his job”. All the changes, including Luntovskiy’s resignation, will be effective from September 1.
