Basel Committee outlines enhanced disclosure framework

Revised Pillar 3 standard adds “dashboard” of banks’ key prudential metrics

The Basel Committee on Banking Supervision issued a revised disclosure framework on March 29, including a “dashboard” for banks’ regulatory metrics.

The new standard for disclosures under Basel III’s Pillar 3 brings together all of the Basel Committee’s disclosure standards and incorporates updates to include new elements of the Basel framework, including total loss-absorbing capacity (TLAC).
