Millennial way of thinking is “better suited” to current challenging environment, says Carney
The governor of the Bank of England (BoE) has said the "spirit" of the millennial is "better suited" to the "complex challenges" facing policymakers in the current "risky and uncertain" environment.
Speaking on February 10 in London, Mark Carney said central banks should start to think more like – broadly speaking, people currently in their 20s – if it is to continue to diversify the way it solves problems.
Millennials tend to view "cognitive diversity", or being open to a wide range of ideas
