Bank of Ghana improves communications strategy

New 24-hour contact centre to allow queries from members of public to be answered at all hours

Bank of Ghana is revamping its communication strategy

The Bank of Ghana has established a new communications department as part of an initiative to improve its communication strategy.

Speaking at a press soiree on December 28, governor Abdul-Nashiru Issahaku announced the new department had assumed the role of promoting monetary policy communication as well as economic development communication.

"I want to urge you to continue to work with [the department] in seeking feedback on the various aspects of our operations," the governor said
