Draghi says ECB may have to reassess Greek emergency liquidity
Eurogroup meeting fails to agree solution on Greece
The European Central Bank's (ECB) governing council may have to reassess the terms of emergency liquidity assistance (ELA) to Greek banks, president Mario Draghi said today.
Top European officials met this morning to attempt yet another deal with the Greek authorities that could allow for the disbursement of bailout funds. But the Eurogroup meeting broke down once again.
Speaking at a press conference after the event, Draghi warned of the "fragility" of the current situation, including soaring
