Bonnici disappointed by TLTRO take-up in Malta

Weak demand in December underwhelmed observers

The participation of Maltese banks in the targeted, longer-term refinancing operations (TLTROs) offered by the European Central Bank (ECB) has been "somewhat disappointing", according to the governor of the Central Bank of Malta.
