UK's FCA unveils reshuffle amid criticism
Banking watchdog pre-empts publication of critical report
The UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has launched a shake-up of its senior managers as it comes under fire for supervisory failings and a communications blunder that saw sensitive information released to the media.
As part of the "structural changes", three directors will leave the FCA. Clive Adamson was head of supervision, Zitah McMillan head of communications and Victoria Raffe head of authorisations.
Adamson was at the centre of controversy in March this year after he told a journalist
