Central Bank of Argentina gets new director and general manager
United States: William English will step down as director of the Federal Reserve Board's division of monetary affairs, the Fed revealed yesterday, but will remain as an "adviser" to Janet Yellen and the other board members.
English joined the Fed in 1992, and was appointed to the board's official staff in 2001. He joined the Bank for International Settlements as a visiting senior economist between 2002 and 2003, and was named as director of monetary affairs and secretary to the Federal Open
