Brazil fails to realise Latam financial stability grouping

A regional initiative to co-operate on financial stability seems to have sunk without trace

The leaders of South America's central banks came together in Buenos Aires on Friday to discuss prospects for financial stability in the region – but a grouping of seven of their number, announced by the Central Bank of Brazil (CBB) two months ago to work together on financial stability, appears to have sunk without trace.
