Bank of England launches review of MPC transcripts policy
Absence of BoE transcripts became hot topic for debate last month
The Bank of England (BoE) has commissioned a review into whether it should start making "permanent" recordings and transcripts of monetary policy meetings after the bank's current practice of destroying its recordings of proceedings within a fortnight came in for criticism last month.
