Bank of England points to growing concern over low rates

The low interest rate environment is a growing source of concern for market participants in the United Kingdom, according to the Bank of England's latest systemic risk survey, released today.

The bi-annual survey asked 76 banks, building societies, hedge funds and asset managers which five risks they believe would have the "greatest impact" on the UK financial system, if they were to materialise.
