Canada's Boivin laments challenges posed by ageing population
The challenges posed to Canada by a rapidly ageing population and the key role of monetary policy in meeting that challenge, were the topics of focus for Jean Boivin, Bank of Canada deputy governor, in a speech delivered on April 4.
