Lagarde sets out ‘four-C’ plan to keep IMF relevant
Christine Lagarde, the managing director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), has revealed her "four-C" vision for the Fund.
Speaking at the Council on Foreign Relations in New York on Tuesday, Lagarde said for the IMF to remain relevant it must focus on clients and connections, be comprehensive and credible. She also said she had made reform of the antiquated voting system at the IMF one of her "top priorities".
With regard to being client-focused, she said the first question to answer was
