RBA’s Lowe latest to dismiss inflation target hikes

Philip Lowe, an assistant governor of the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA), on Wednesday became the fourth in a series of high-profile figures to criticise a suggestion from Olivier Blanchard, chief economist at the IMF, that inflation targets should be raised.
