Bank of Canada – Financial System Review

Since its previous report in July, the overall vulnerability of the Canadian financial system to near-term adverse shocks had lessened, the Bank of Canada said. The central bank's Financial System Review, published on Thursday, said also that if the recovery proceeded as expected, global economic imbalances and the indebtedness of households would emerge as the biggest risks in the medium term.
